If any of this sounds like you, you’re NOT alone! Join us starting in mid-late February 2019 for an 8-week Positive Pregnancy Group where we’ll explore all of these feelings and more within a supportive mom village.

This group will empower you with the knowledge, resources, and support you’ll need to navigate this pregnancy and make a smooth transition into motherhood.

Your leaders, Hilary Mandzik, PsyD, and Roxanne Rosenberg, LPC, are therapists who specialize in mental health during pregnancy and who know that pregnant women don’t always have the support they need, even when loved ones and care providers are doing their best.

We’re also moms — so we’ve been there, and we get it.

This group is a wonderful complement to the more traditional, medically-focused childbirth and early parenting education.

Cost is $60 per session, which may be reimbursable through your insurance.
