Starting in late February 2019! Spots are limited, so sign up now!

You’re pregnant, and everything you read and everyone you meet is telling you that this is supposed to be the most exciting and wonderful time of your life.

But you’re not so sure. You’re thrilled to be growing a human being, of course, but you’re also a little anxious and a lot overwhelmed. And you’re feeling alone because all the other pregnant women you see seem to have it all together.

Maybe you’re feeling:

  • Like this pregnancy isn’t what you expected

  • Anxious and wondering if you’ve really got the support you need for a smooth transition to motherhood

  • Fearful of giving birth

  • Unsure about motherhood and whether you can be the kind of mom you hope to be

If any of this sounds like you, you’re NOT alone! Join us starting in mid-late February 2019 for an 8-week Positive Pregnancy Group where we’ll explore all of these feelings and more within a supportive mom village.

This group will empower you with the knowledge, resources, and support you’ll need to navigate this pregnancy and make a smooth transition into motherhood.

Your leaders, Hilary Mandzik, PsyD, and Roxanne Rosenberg, LPC, are therapists who specialize in mental health during pregnancy and who know that pregnant women don’t always have the support they need, even when loved ones and care providers are doing their best.

We’re also moms — so we’ve been there, and we get it.

This group is a wonderful complement to the more traditional, medically-focused childbirth and early parenting education.

Cost is $60 per session, which may be reimbursable through your insurance.

If you’re ready to sign up, fill out the form below!

Hilary or Roxanne will call you within one business day for a quick phone consultation, where we’ll see if this group is a good fit for your needs.

Because, let’s be honest: There’s more to know to prepare for birth and early motherhood than the stages of labor.
